Literature Text

Love is like fire;
You ignite it,
And it burns.

There are many things I feel when I see you;
My stomach sinks in,
And I feel bad.
But I love that bad feeling;
It's one of the greatest feelings I get.

I love you.
Let's ignite the fire together,
And have the greatest time of our lives.
But our time is ticking.
Look at the clock.
There isn't a minute I don't think about you
And that smile.

Let's run away
Nothing matters
as long as I got you by my side.
I love you
And that's all that matters.

You are my love song;
You are my motivation.

I love you
And nothing more.
I won't be afraid
To take on everybody,
Just for You
And that's all that matters
a poem written by a friend at my current school :) I thought it was too good to be kept in a binder, never to be read.

I will have to agree that this simply does not belong in a binder! the verses are beautiful and the feeling is strong in the words chosen. I believe that this is the perfect description of how love feels when you are around the object of your affection, or when you are thinking of them. Each line describes something that makes the reader feel the actual love, and in my case imagine the one i love. An epic poem worthy of being seen by all. Tell your friend they did an amazing job and thank you for posting this for my wary eyes to see!
